Hours: The United States Postal Service location at 695 Pleasant St is housed in a very fancy neoclassical and historic building, modeled after the United States General Post Office for Manhattan, which feels regal. The clerks are described as super friendly, pleasant, polite, respectful, nice, and courteous. They work hard, especially during the holidays, and provide very nice customer service, with one account noting they went above and beyond to help a customer retrieve a forgotten wallet after hours. This location offers walk-in passport services. Most reviews are very positive, with one customer stating they have never had a problem and usually rate them very well. However, one experience was less satisfactory, involving a package transfer from UPS that added an extra delivery step. The customer was unable to pick up the package immediately despite it being in the building, as the staff explained it takes a long time to sort the large mounds of dropped-off items.
