Mailed a dozen letters in the outgoing mail slot, and multiple places have not got my mail, so I’m guessing this place throws it away … it was never returned to me either

Every year I get a piece of certified mail sent to me from Boston right before Christmas. Last year it took 3 consecutive attempts, each time each getting lost and that's with tracking lmao. This year the same ****. 1st attempt currently unknown. The incompetence is real people. Time to clean house.
