We had our storage unit dropped off yesterday and Steve did an excellent job with placing the container where I wanted it. Steve also showed great patience and care for our lawn by lowering the container as slowly and softly as possible. Thank you so much.

I felt compelled to share my experience with Carlos from Valtran. He was not just a driver to load our container and take it away, he helped us strategize how to get the contents out of the container, he waited patiently while our team unloaded and then asked if there was anything else he could help with. Carlos was a teammate, not a driver and this kind of customer service is difficult to find in society today. After Carlos left, my team was still talking about his positive vibe and how focused on our experience he was. Hats off to Carlos! We appreciate you making our day a bit lighter.

Steve was awesome!! He had to wait for ten minutes for someone to move their truck, and was completely understanding and patient.Also, the spot was super tight and he made it look easy!!!Great job!!!

Have rented Your containers for several years now, you just took my last container out 20 minutes ago, this was the second time I had Steve as a driver, very polite, very helpful and both times are in a great mood, thank you Valtran for great service and a great product, keep up the good workThanks Jimmy D.

We call Valtran for all of our storage container needs! Their prices are fair, their customer service is always the best and the drivers are always very professional and helpful. Today we received our storage unit from Steve and he was awesome! He called when he was on his way and made the transaction quick and painless. I got two containers, one for household storage and other for equipment during our house build project. The container for household storage was spotless (wasn't expecting that for equipment storage). A great alternative to off-site storage or Pods (much more weathertight and secure).Joel, the driver, was absolutely fanatistic. Valerie in the office was great too. Very easy to work with.
