“Dr. T saved my Yoda who hopefully and thankfully will be 20 years young in September and our dearest Luluu who is now 15 years young. My daughter and I was previously going to Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic, highly priced flat effect from techs. No comfort felt with visits for I or my pet. I was also threatened at my last visit with Yoda that it is the federal law for my very old cat to receive rabies vaccine. Also documented in Yoda's chart discussions that were not accurate to present case of my pet. I will make this shorter. Both Lulu and Yoda were having monthly visits with Acoaxet Clinic recently also 2 visits with vet to be established. My Yoda was called gimpyest cat she had ever seen but what was failed to note or assessed was he was in fact constipated and dehydrated when I had a emergency visit with Dr. T. Dr. T saved him. Approx. 2 weeks later I noted Lulu's breathing was abnormal and she had been falling down stairs often, prior vet prescribed gabapentin. Lulu saw Dr. T in a emergency visit and she figured out Lulu was in CHF. Dr. T saved her as well and she was able to celebrate her 15 birthday. So I ask myself how does this get missed??? Here is my answer ... I will never trust another vets office except for TLC. I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Dr. T❤ and Doc and their loving staff. Kayla and Savannah thank you so much❤ All beautiful human being. ❤”

“so in March, I had to put my dog bear down. He had cancer everywhere even in his brain and I just wanna give a shout out to Dr. Lavin. She’s very calming and peaceful and she even gave me a hug that meant a lot to me.? Also wanna give a shout out to Vicky she went above and beyond what a vet tech would do. She actually came to my house and Dropped off the paw, print for bear and the vile of his fur forever grateful that meant so much to me??? And also want to give another shout out to the vet tech I had today Finn, She explained everything very well multiple times because I was very upset. She remained very calm and very peaceful which made me feel at ease. And I think she would make a great vet someday???”

“Brought in my bonded pair of male guinea pigs for their first visit. The front staff were so professional, the doctor and the assistant were just so amazing. The doctor made it a point to say how much she loved guinea's and it really showed in how well she cared for and handled them both. The entire visit could have been really stressful for them and myself as a new parent, but instead it was actually enjoyable. They clipped their nails and showed me how. The doctor even made it a point to assure me that both boys are healthy, even if one is a bit porkly, and that I am doing a great job. I'll be back again for sure!”

“Best vet around! Avoid VCA. This vet is the real deal. They actually use their critical thinking caps to help treat your pets efficiently. We switched over from VCA and the difference is astronomical. One of our dogs is on apoquel and doctor Gould Recommended us trying the wellness fish and sweet potato diet to avoid processed treats due to my dog’s allergies being year-round and not seasonal. We have been giving her this kibble along with carrots and sweet potatoes for treats and she is a different dog. She is happier not itching anymore and we believe she may have had a chicken allergy all along that was previously overlooked. Thank you Dr Gould!”

“Unfortunately I was in an emergency situation where I needed information for certain certifications and prices on items for my pet and when I called I was met with a very ignorant response by the receptionist who refused to even help me when it came down to explaining what I needed The doctors are lovely but the reception is an older woman who refused me any kind of assistance when it came to explanation”

“We just walked in, and I didn't know we had to make an appointment. I thought it may have had emergency/urgent services. Unfortunately, we got turned away, but next time, I'll make an appointment for my kitten Noah.”

“The employees are all great but the wait time is a bit much for a scheduled appointment. Also noticed they like to push prescriptions even when you said you aren't interested.”

“Dr. Slaughter and her team have cared for three of my dogs over many years and treated them with exceptional care and compassion. I cannot say enough about how thoughtful and diligent they have been including dealing with two pets with significant health issues.”

“This place is by far one of the best veterinary practices in the area. Though they can be a little on the pricier end, it’s something i’m willing to pay for the quality of care my animals have received. My cat has a chronic illness, this required multiple emergency visits at an emergency clinic & what was weekly visits at Chase for preventative care or just in general trying to help control a flare up. They were nothing but fantastic. Helping me come up with a care plan, getting him on extremely short notice (sometimes the same day or the next day the latest), and even discounting certain services because i was there so frequently. If it wasn’t for the amazing vets here & at his emergency vet, i’m not sure my cat would even still be with us. They started him on a medication that has worked wonders, as well as giving me advice on his chronic eye issues. Since then, he’s had very minor flare ups that did not require hospitalization & he has not gotten an eye infection since. Could not recommend them enough! I recently moved 2 hours away & am honestly sad i can’t go here anymore! In fact, i have travelled the 2 hours when our new vet wasn’t taking things seriously, that’s how much i love this place!”
