No wait to speak to someone but couldn't help with problem. Referred us to a different Xfinity store and someone else at a different location was able to help. This store could've but either didn't want to or didn't have the knowledge.

Have been a customer for over twenty five years, but this last price hike and lineup deduction are the last straw. I went to local Xfinity store to ask if something could be done about ridiculous price hike. I received absolutely no help and service was atrocious. They finally sat me in a corner in front of a screen to speak with a virtual assistant !!!!!! Crap service. In the middle of that fiasco screen went blank and the following message came up - " NO INTERNET SERVICE " ! In a store that sells internet service. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED. And they wonder why so many are "cutting the cord" . I'm done with Xfinity. MOVING ON !!

Very nice and comfortable place to go and pay or just upgrade your Xfinity product will recommend to go in and pay your bill once in a while if not to just get off the couch to meet pleasent people you couch potato's 🥔 lol 😜

Took away NESN and Sports channels and raised my bill the $12 and change they said they would take off .....WHAT A RIPOFF !!!!!!!

Had a great experience at Xfinity New Bedford.
Due to a self-inflicted problem, Alex was able to help me straighten it out.
He also spent time with me and helped lower my bill.
He did a great job!

Comcast is garbage. Them being a monopoly is the only reason they’re used. 300$ a month for cable and I’m lucky if I get 5 working channels. Internet is always having issues.

Where do I start ? Too many negative things I could post .Not even worth my time! All I can say is I have canceled my service after being on the phone 3 hours with agents that couldn't hardly speak English! This company is riping people off with lies and over pricing their customers 😡

As my cell phone is having trouble charging and keeping a charge I went to xfinity looking for a phone with a zoom camera. I saw one I wanted. I thought the representative was being very helpful, friendly, and patient, He hyped this phone up to be what I was looking for and using the free phone promotion. I had a different phone in mind. I was not looking for a free phone. yet he convinced me the phone I bought was better, When ordering it he told me it would arrive in 2 business days. I ordered the phone, paid the taxes on it, checked the email and I saw it was a pre-order phone which is not due to be released until August 22. If I knew this I would never have bought it. I also noticed that in order to get this phone free you needed to a activate it within 30 days. So if it is not released within 30 days I have to pay for an $800 phone which I was convinced by a sales person was going to be great and arrive in 2 business days. Don't fall for salesman and their commission tactics!
