“Bill's place is a little outside Newburyport, but close to the train station if you want to leave your car and take the train into Boston. Bill is excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional, understanding of my budget. I have a habit of driving cars a little too long, and as a result have needed the services of several shops in the Newburyport area. Bill is the best I've encountered, and has solved some problems that stymied everyone else. He has done almost all the major and minor repairs needed for me, and done them very well--currently on my hybrid.”
“I had a great experience with Schneller BMW getting my E30 back on the road.
They did an excellent job going through the car and taking care of the initial work and recommendations needed to make it safe and reliable to drive. I especially appreciated that they approached it thoughtfully rather than trying to do everything at once.
Mike was fantastic throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained what they were finding and recommending, and helped lay out a plan for the additional work I’ll tackle in the future.
It’s a great feeling to have the car in the hands of people who understand these older BMWs and take the time to do things right. I’m very happy with the work so far and will definitely be bringing the car back to Schneller for future work.”
“This is the place to go! Awesome service on all issues with your car or truck. This year alone, fixed leaks on new tires that Town.Tire sold me and tried to fix two more times. Also, found and fixed squeaky under hood sounds with water pump belt and pulley assembly, Always professional and reasonably priced.”

“Even though I did not have repairs done at this shop, they were very nice and professional. They helped me figure out what to do after the diagnostic testing. They had me check for warranty information which ended up with having me tow my car to a dealership.”
