They sent me unexplained charges of $3083.08, that too after completing my IVF cycle. I tried reaching them on 8776020012 and my call was never answer, nor I got a call back. I am 100% sure I don't owe this amount to the pharmacy

The people at Freedom pharmacy have been great! They are a joy to talk to and get everything done quickly. I will say that one of my shipments was late, but this was due to FedEx and not Freedom Pharmacy! Freedom Pharmacy proactively called me after we both got a notification of delivery delay. They were able to overnight the medication to the clinic so I could get my injection done on time.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Freedom. Packages always arrive on time (once they even same day shipped something for me no extra charge due to my local pharmacy being closed unexpectedly). The customer support people are amazing and it’s overall been a wonderful experience.

Horrible customer service experience and Incompetent staff. Repeatedly called and was told inaccurate information and told I had to pay out of pocket. I had to hold their staffs hand and walk them through what they need to do to get an exception on file for my scrips to be able to be filled by them and covered since they are Out of Network. My In Network specialty pharmacy doesn't provide these specific medications and the one In Network Pharmacy that does is over 100 miles away and will not ship.

Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of these medications, one late in inadequate delivery can cause a huge issue. This has happened with me twice now. I imagine they only do things properly if you are self paying. Anything having to do with insurance can be very slow. A lot of times this is due to the insurance company. However, I have found that this company is not proactive in the process at all so you have to spend a lot of time (which some of us don’t have) on the phone with them to follow up. And things still manage to get missed… I am currently scrambling to try to find medication locally for the second time

I have probably ordered from them 20 times over the past 2 years. I was nervous my first time because of these reviews. However, I have nothing but great experiences! The medication always comes in time, everyone I talk to is so kind and helpful, and it’s also super easy to get refills. I’m thankful to have an easy, quick, and quality pharmacy during this IVF process.

The people on the phone are very nice, the medications are on time, and the process is transparent. However, it's incredibly frustrating how much time I have to spend on the phone with them (and I get robo-calls about every other day). For ordering the same medication once a week, I have to spend 30 min on the phone each time getting read the exact same script.

All of the representatives are very kind, no question. However, their operations systems are zero stars. EVERY SINGLE ORDER/refill I have placed with them has had some issue. It took five attempts to get my most recent refill. The order just doesn’t show up and it’s as though they have no record of the refill being placed when I call them about it. And once, I drove to the FedEx shipping center to pick up my order (finally!) and all that was in the box was alcohol and gauze - none of the meds! Hours of time spent on the phone because they can’t figure out how to fulfill an order - their only job! IVF is already grueling enough of a process, we don’t need to deal with this circus on top of it all.

We've had a far better experience with Freedom Fertility than CVS - the customer service is superior and the price of self-pay medications are cheaper. They deserve more positive reviews.

I had a great experience with this pharmacy. They got me all my medicine in a timely fashion& everything came pretty organized. The tech I spoke with was also very helpful. I would recommend.

I genuinely don’t know how these reviews can be so low. I have never encountered people at a pharmacy half as warm, kind, and responsive. They explain everything thoroughly and they’ve always made me feel like they’re part of my fertility team. I recently had to switch to a different pharmacy due to my insurance plan, and I’m genuinely mourning the loss of Freedom Fertility.

As someone who has worked in healthcare for 3 years, I have dealt with a LOT of pharmacies, both mail order and stand alone, so I have seen my fair share of horrible pharmacies. As a patient though, freedom fertility has been AMAZING and the easiest to work with both as a patient and a healthcare worker. They have made this process so easy and have always got my medication to me on time and with no hassle. The reps are always amazing and I spoke with Megan today to refill my injection and she was super sweet as well. When struggling with any healthcare issue, especially infertility, it is so important that sensitivity and professionalism is maintained when speaking with patients. Freedom has 100% hit the mark every time. Thank you all for everything you do. :)

These reviews had me nervous to use this pharmacy but I have a friend who used Freedom who had a great experience so I went for it. This pharmacy was in network with my insurance so my insurance covered a good chunk of my meds. Everyone I spoke to at freedom was so nice and helpful. I had a great experience and would use them again if needed. Shout to Danielle who I spoke with several times. She was awesome and so so helpful. My medication arrived on time and was packaged great.

I read reviews on google and was honestly nervous about using this company. It turns out the experience couldn’t have been more positive. They were quick to contact me once they received the prescription and I was updated daily once I placed my order. My calls were answered quickly by friendly, patient and knowledgeable employees. They even stayed on the phone with me while they tried to run my payment and again when I wanted to confirm both of my insurances had been processed. My medication was received quickly and in great condition. I had to order a refill and received the same great service the second time.

I can only speak for my own experience, which was nothing short of fantastic. The first time we used them, I spoke with a lovely associate who went out of her way to find all the discounts and savings she could. She was very kind and all my meds arrived on time and safely. They even followed up to ensure everything arrived okay.I had to use them again this week when my fertility clinic realized they forgot to add a medication to the order. This was Tuesday, and I start meds on Saturday, so there was a bit of a time crunch.I spoke with Ron, who was unfailingly kind and sympathized with me. Got everything straighted out, and I had the medications I needed in less than 24 hours.No complaints on our end!
