It’s hard to imagine how we got along before TekDoc Solutions!TekDoc Solutions has been an amazing asset for our company and we are thrilled to be a client of theirs!! They are proactive with all our technical needs from security to software to hardware and they are local so if we need someone to physically come in to the office, they can do that too! They are always available when we need them, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! TekDoc is filled with friendly and patient people who understand the needs and stresses of their clients when it comes to tech. We would and do highly recommend them to anyone looking for an IT solution.

TekDoc has been supporting the law firm I work at for the past 5+ years and we've been very happy with them! It seems there's no IT problem they can't solve. Especially during emergency situations, they're always there to back us up!

As a non-technical person, I have been very satisfied overall with Tekdoc’s helpfulness and responsiveness. I find that the team of professionals knows their stuff and if there’s and unusual request, they will always do their research. In my case, I need an a lot of reassurance and trust in this team, as having things work smoothly is important to my business. I am very glad to have Tekdoc as a resource.

TekDoc is absolutely terrific and, as a small business owner, exactly how I want my tech support to operate: when things are running smoothly, I never notice they are there; but when an issue pops up, they are responsive, efficient and communicate with me until the issue is resolved. I've called them on weekends and nights, and no matter the time of day, I always get a response. I simply could not be happier!

If you are in need of anything from saving info off a crashed computer to installing a house wide speaker system these guys are the best! I have used them for 9 years, before they were even a company, and I have always been happy. Not once have they ever made me feel stupid about any of the foolish problems I've had. Always nothing but nice. Now that there are more people on staff getting an appointment is easier and they are flexible on times! They even come and service the school I work at now and our computers, TVs and the internet have never worked so well. I would be lost without them! Rates are better than Geek Squad, as far as I can tell from friends that used them before switching to TekDoc. Definitely give them a try, I don't know one person that used TekDoc and wasn't pleased!
