If you're a AAA member this is the place to go to get a real ID or renew your driver's license, everything was quick if you have all your paperwork. Go online and get the check off list.

Arrived at 10:20 am for check in. Had appointment at 10:30 am. Waited 30 minutes for service...as Real Id agent "Bob" skipped my appointment multiple times to service others behind me in the queue...poor experience. AAA can do better.

Phone waits are longer do to societal breakdown but once I got someone they spoke clearly and were knowledgeable and did what I needed efficiently. Unfortunately not always the experience with phone support in today's world.
