I didn't have any hot water, and they came right out. I've heard from other people that Caswell is more expensive than other places. That wasn't true in my experience- very fair pricing.

We have used Caswell for both plumbing and HVAC issues, including diagnosing problems, making repairs and new installations. All of their guys are very knowledgeable and professional. We wouldn't use anyone else.
