CrossFit Full Potential offers a friendly supportive environment, where members are challenged to do their best. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivational and enthusiastic. My husband and I have been going to the gym for 3 months now. The gym has all levels of fitness and a very nice group of people of all ages. Everyone encourages each other. The coaches are awesome and provides feedback throughout class when needed so that you do things the right way.
