This gym is one in a million. I am a 48 year old woman who has been lifting since I was 16. Never have I been a member of a gym that was so concerned with each and every member. I recently experienced an injury and the coaches are so in tune to the modifications I need. Thank you for being so great. I will continue to recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about the coaching at CFFP! The coaches are highly skilled and engaged with every member and every fitness level There is also significant thought and intention with the programming. Highly recommend trying it out!

The team at CrossFit Full Potential is nothing short of superb! If you are retired and miss that sense of accomplishment - CFFP can reignite that felling of satisfaction that comes with achieving goals.The head trainer works the group like a pro, inspiring everyone in his wake with small tips and adjustments. I have been at it for almost 18 months and the results are undeniable. As a professional ski instructor and cycling enthusiast, my performance has been measurably elevated due to the training I receive at CFFP.

I cannot recommend CrossFit Full potential enough. From Danny (owner) to the coaches (shout out to Geoff and Lauren!!), it is clear they are passionate about what they do and care about helping you achieve your fitness goals, safely. Regardless of your current fitness level, age, and prior fitness level, coaches will quickly scale scale/modify workouts to meet you where you are at. If you bring energy, effort and discipline, you will see amazing results at this gym. Finally, CrossFit Full Potential’s community is awesome. Fellow CrossFitters at this gym are friendly and are there to cheer you on when you hit a new goal or encouraging for those difficult workouts.

Great gym, great community, the coaches really care. All levels of fitness come to class, there are scale options for every workout. World class athletes also train here, it’s a great mix. If you come to class and work as hard as you can, you will absolutely improve your fitness.

Great gym during my short time here before relocating. Cant say enough about the great coaching from Geoff, Lauren, and Danny who I primarily saw. They made a newbies first experience into the CrossFit world very enjoyable!

It’s been a year since we moved to the area and joined CFFP. We researched gyms from NZ before moving and had settled on CFFP..and it’s safe to say it’s exceeding our expectations. The coaches are knowledgeable and professional, the programming is so good, the gym it’s always clean, tidy and organised, and other members are fantastic.

Great gym with excellent coaches! As a CrossFit novice I was nervous starting out here, but all of the coaches make sure to provide guidance for people at all levels and are really friendly and welcoming. Love being a member here!

Amazing experience with Danny and his team! I was grateful to work out with my 14 y.o. son 2-3 times per week this past summer/fall. I've got to admit, as a physical therapist, I've treated many, many individuals over the years that had overtrained and pushed themselves beyond what their body was ready to give...at NO time did I ever feel like the team at CFFP was not aware of everything going on and they were able to motivate, encourage and educate everyone at their own pace...safely and appropriately. I highly recommend these guys if you're looking to train with like-minded individuals. You can literally step through their doors if you've never touched a weight before in your life! I promise you'll be in good hands!

I love CFFP! The coaches are amazing, attentive, and safe; the equipment is wonderful and plentiful; the energy in the gym is very collaborative and supportive. I went from barely moving to 3-times a week crossfitter and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I'm getting stronger and fitter than I've ever been, thanks to the amazing CFFP team.
