“During the holidays our washer broke down, and not being able to get a new one for a week at least (due to delivery), Kareem went above and beyond. I asked mid-Saturday morning if they were able to do wash and fold that day, the answer was ‘yes’ thankfully. As I was getting ready to bring the clothes over, Kareem called me to say he could could come by to pick them up. He came within 30 minutes and had the clothes done a few hours later. I can’t explain how thankful I am he was able to do it last minute and so quickly. He was also able to drop off, so helpful especially with two young kids!!
I can’t thank Kareem enough!! Definitely recommend! He has a business in Salisbury and Haverhill!”

“Extremely, extremely clean. Washer prices range from $3 to $8. Dryers are six minutes every $0.25. Everything you could want or need in a laundromat. There are signs throughout the laundromat giving clear direction (i.e. cost, close the handle to the left; do not wash certain things in this machine). The owner assisted guests quickly and politely.”

“I like this laundromat because it's clean and people are friendly. Some of the machines are a little dated but working and it's kind of small and in need of more tables to fold on.But overall this is the Laundromat of my choice. None of the others are as clean and maintained as this one is”

“Highly affordable, nice, long hours, and great, very honest customer service. I left my laptop here once by accident and fully expected it to be stolen by the time I realized it was gone, hours later. The management, however, had immediately locked it in their office as soon as they found it unattended and were able to give it back to me ASAP. Highly, highly recommend.”

“This place is clean and quiet ,people are missing out not coming here dryers are great, plenty of washers tv if you like that. UPDATE their reopening soon new owners! Second update reopened very very clean new machines electrlux! Dryers spotless owner on site attendant on duty for change and what you need wash and dry available freindly people come and see. Also the new name is Salisbury Village Laundromat.”

“I don't want to tell you how good Joppa is, because it's so good, everybody's going to come... I already travel from Merrimac and Seabrook to come here. And I love it. The credit cards make everything so accessible, prices are super fair, bright clean spotless. I can get everything I want to get done easily: large and bulky bedding to small loads if I'm separating. It's super safe, and as a woman who's there by myself that was most important to me. I can tell that the choices that were made by the owner, are thoughtful and smart. It's so comfortable in there. They have a bookcase with books, plenty of seating and countertop space, signs explaining things. It's honestly lovely and I ENJOY doing laundry there. If you want the best laundromat experience, this is it.”
