Mike and Sons Oil have been helping me since the move to my first home. Their customer service is amazing. Whenever we've had trouble with the furnace or hot water, they've been able to diagnose the problem and correct the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Big thanks to Pat and his team who particularly helped me out in two different scenarios. We were struggling to fix the hot water pressure in the latest one, and the plumber that we called said to call our "oil guy". Despite our unique set up and the fact that we had an unusual problem with the furnace, Pat and his team were able to identify the problem and fix it in a few hours. Their professionalism and commitment to fixing our problem was admirable and very much appreciated. Thanks again, Pat and Doreen, for helping us in our latest jam in a speedy and efficient manner!

Where to even begin. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We called in for an emergency service due to a leak in our oil tank and the service man came in and immediately started swearing and told us that our dogs were "F****** psychos" because they were barking due to having a stranger at the house. After 20 minutes of him banging on the oil tank, he went outside and started yelling, saying the dogs were trying to bite him and jump over their fenced in yard (we have 3 rescue dogs by the way, one of them is blind and they are all under 30 lbs, not aggressive or even remotely capable of jumping over a 6 foot fence). When I went outside to ask him what the problem was, he yelled that he didn't trust the dogs and they were going to "get him". I asked him not to disrespect our dogs in their house and they were simply trying to protect themselves by barking at a stranger to which he said "F*** you, you can find someone else to fix your F****** problem! I'm leaving! and by the way I shut off your oil and your heat, good luck getting someone else to come out and fix it!" He then sped off down the street going about 40 mph and we live on a very secluded dead end road. I immediately called the office to try to get another serviceman to come out and the receptionist was just as cold. I explained that I have two young children under the age of two in the house and we have 2 feet of snow outside so turning off the heat is absolutely atrocious, to which she replied "you're overreacting, the blizzard was yesterday, it's not like it's snowing out right now", as if once it stopped snowing the cold went away too. I have never been so appalled by the service of a company and feel absolutely disgusted ever having that man step foot in my house. I cannot stress enough how absolutely terrible this experience was, please, for the sake of all that is good in this world, take your business elsewhere. Also, just FYI, when I also asked for the supervisor to call back to speak to me about this issue, I never heard back and never got an apology for this behavior. Please look elsewhere for service.

The most unfriendly and downright rude customer service I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This company is terrible and if you ever have an emergency you can just forget about having them help you out. There are so many companies that appreciate your business you should this one at all cost!

Very nice and great customer service. We had an issue with my boiler causing an odd smell. They came right over and didn’t charge me. Not saying to expect this but they are great. They delivered during a snow storm too when other people I know couldn’t get deliveries.

These are the people you want to do business with. Every time I call they deliver with zero hassle and zero disruption. I recently overpaid for a fill up and my first thought was I'd have a fight on my hands trying to get the difference back. What I got was absolutely the opposite: a credit for the exact amount overpaid. Sad that I should be impressed by that but my experiences with their competition have put me on guard. Buy your oil from these guys.

Switched to Mike and Sons after a delivery problem with previous company literally left me in the cold. Their receptionist, drivers, and technicians are friendly and make sure things are done right!
