When needed to send out a package, Zach was very helpful, had great customer service and was knowledgeable, because of that is the reason why I went back to send another package there. I wish more places had customer service like that.

This company accepts UPS returns but refuses to issue a reciept? I have never encountered this problem other than Pak Mail. So no tracking number or reciept is issued in case of loss.

I just shipped from Massachusetts to Idaho a very rare and expensive Walt Disney sculpture made of porcelain. EVERYTHING arrived safely in Idaho and the receiver was in awe of the packaging. NOTHING was broken! Thank you Pak Mail!!!!

I live in Massachusetts and sent a box of rare Christmas bubble lights to my sister in California. Zach, who works in the Newburyport store told me about how they should be packed. He arranged to pack and ship them for me. They arrived in PERFECT condition and my sister said the packaging was amazing! Thank you Zach and thank you Pak Mail!!!

Dropped off a prepaid FedEx package that vanished. It never got scanned. No effort to locate it or any empathy. 2 trips there, a trip to a FedEx office, 2 calls to FedEx customer service. And a report filed with the company that generated the label. I'm not optimistic that anyone will bother looking into it. I know the exact day and time I left the package. If it was my business I'd be checking the video to see where it went. But then again I care about my reputation.

I came in with 14 packages to get shipped out with 20 mins to close. Zach was great! Got them out with super man speed and multi-tasked the whole time assisting the continuous stream of customers walking through the door with ease. Very grateful to have this local shipping option!

Older bald guy working there swore at the customer before me in line and then proceeded to yell profanities and started throwing peoples packages.When I got to the counter he took my package and threw it like he did all the rest.I that is unacceptable.He proceeded to then swore again multiple times and said your all set and ran out back.

I've been using this location for shipping, both prepaid drop off and occasional purchased shipping for years. It's easy EXCEPT when they go into their nasty, negative mode. It comes from the owner and the staff catches on. I was told today that the 9 (6 lb 12"x12"x12") boxes was too many for me to drop off... because that was not their business model AND, get this, it hurts the UPS guys back to have to lift some many. I don't really know what to say to people like this.. except Bye Bye!

I used to love this company and they were always beyond helpful with shipping and always did their best to make sure that my packages were packaged correctly etc. I didn't see any of the usual employees the past two times I went. The current female employee is rude,condescending and unhelpful. Very saf

Frankly, they're pretty useless, not having the ability to scan any barcodes that you present, nor will they print a label for you... You have to print labels yourself as they are not equipped for modern day Fed Ex'ing or Ups etc. It is only for hands-off dropping packages.

We called ahead to be sure they could ship two oversized packages for us and they confirmed just prior to us leaving for the store. 15 minutes later we bring our oversized packages inside and the woman at the front desk who was incredibly rude told us their printer is down so they can't print our shipping labels. She also said she can't hold our packages until she fixes the printer as she "can't be held responsible for holding packages" ...? It was the most unprofessional shipping experience I have ever had.

Arrived at 11 am to drop off two bike boxes and was told they do not have room for prepackaged Fed Ex paid boxes and told to go elsewhere. Nothing on website that days they do not take certain size boxes or to make arrangements for there arrival. Would have gone out at end of day and storage was "full".

Convenient location to drop off return packages. I've dropped off some heavy stuff here (30 pound car rotors and brakes) as a return and the staff was nice and explained I didn't have to do literally anything but give them the item and scan the code. I'm not sure why most all these other reviews are negative; they literally have no control over packages once it leaves their store.
