ReloTrans is the 3rd car transporter we have used in last 7 years. Their customer support was very proactive and accessible. However, their driver barely spoke English and delivered our car 2 miles away from where we needed it to be delivered. It was very hard to communicate with the driver. Our car was also filthy - it was more dirty moving 500 miles than we moved cars 1700 miles. So customer service above average but delivery was below average.

Lisa is my first phone call when I move professionally or personally and need cars transported. She is super responsive, friendly, and always professional. I have used Relotrans 3 times now for cross country moves and highly recommend!

My 64 Wagon made it from Western NY to South Carolina no problems. The hardest part was getting the pickup coordinated as I was already in South Carolina when they picked it up. They coordinated with my buddy to get it in the trailer, and everything went fine.

I was very nervous due to some of these bad reviews when my employer required this company from my PA -> CA car relocation but they did a fantastic job. Everything was prompt, efficient, and well communicated. Thank you Mr. Moon, John and Amy for all your help!

you were hired through my company to move our cars. i understand taking personal belongings out before to assure nothing is lost. though, after removing what i considered valuable, both my cars were ransacked, losing non valuables yet still my belongings. not only does that show you all do not safeguard our property, but shows a blatant disrespect from your employees. at no point should they have been ransacked through your care nor broken into if they were properly stored and locked. this is a disgrace of a business and changes should be made
