Shepards did a wonderful job in repairing the damaged front and side of my car and at a reasonable price. When I picked my car up, I noticed how perfectly the repair work had been done; I was startled (and thrilled) when I opened my door to find the interior beautifully detailed – the car seemed like new inside and out! Thank you Shepards team!

Shepard’s Automotive Center does fantastic work. Over the years we have brought different vehicles to them and each time it has been a great experience. Having an accident can be stressful but the professional and courtesy people that work there makes it easy. Great communication and handling the process with appraisal, insurance, scheduling service, repair and delivering as promised. Quality of work was top notch. Highly recommend Shepard’s Automotive Center.

I had my car assessed today at Shepards after a valet experience with my new car resulted in a quarter size mark on my door. I had insurance already set up. After evaluating the mark, the assessor came out with a cleaner and was able to remove the spot fully. I wanted to note how impressed I am with how honest they were, and their willingness to do a complimentary fix instead of taking advantage of an insurance claim. I highly recommend Shepard’s for your automotive needs!

Shepard's Auto Center was outstanding in repairing my seven month old Volvo from damage sustained in a rear end collision. Staff at Shepard's, particularly General Manager James Stone, were all knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The repairs were done within a week's time and they are absolute perfection. They made a difficult situation seamless, worked directly with my insurance company, and even helped me arrange a rental option. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed -- highly recommend!

Work in town and went there during a lunch break, thinking at some point I'd have to leave my car, doing the usual pricing for parts online. James took a look, drove it into a bay for about 15-20 minutes, and took it out! Great way to start the week.

I was referred to Shepard's Auto Service by a relative, to help me with a door puck. I made the appointment and when I arrived, James took the car back and it was ready in a few minutes. Amazing! Just good to know you can still find good, honest business people. They are the best and I would use them again for any collision needs. Thank you, James!

I brought my wife's 22 malibu in for a dent in the quarter panel and delt with James Stone. He was professional and got us right in and had it done in a few days. The car is metalic black and u can't tell he touched it blends in perfect would absolutely use them for any body repairs needed in the future.

Shepards fixed my Infiniti after a rear end collision. The workmanship and experience with the shop and the GM, James, was exceptional, quick and overall a dream. They handle all of the necessary arrangements for a rental, questions from insurance, etc.. if I could give 10 stars I would!

Unfortunately I backed my car into a wooden box which left a lovely dent! Took car to Shepard's and within 15 minutes James, the GM popped out the dent. Then he said Merry Christmas- no charge. What a great gift and wonderful service and great work! Thank you
