Vanguard Key Club is known for its convenience and easy access at the hours needed. Members appreciate no gimmicks or personal trainers harassing to sign up. There are no juice bars or Instagram influencers shooting videos. The gym offers good equipment for a great workout and stays clean and maintained. It can get extremely busy between 4 and 7 PM, but after 7 and before 6 AM is quieter.
