I've been coming to this store for years... always good. But today was a step up to great! The store manager Sereana was SO helpful. She knows her stuff and worked with me like a patient teacher would. She understood my needs and made solid recommendations. I won't go anywhere else as long as this store is here. Thanks Sereana!!

Excellent Service, Friendly & Pleasant StaffIn particular, I worked with Sereana.Sereana gave Me some Professional Assistance with My Apple iPhone 7+ by extracting All of the Data and Successfully getting it onto a New iPhone 14 Pro Max.The data on this phone was only on this phone and not backed up to the cloud or any type of server. I have used this phone since New for both Work/Personal. It was crucial to extract the data. Upon completion I can only say that I was Absolutely Thrilled with its success. Contacts, Pics, etcThank You so very much.

Serena was absolutely the help I needed when trying to take old photos off the iPhone 6 and showed me how to do backup to iCloud. I checked my iCloud for the oldest photo and it had already been backed up to iCloud. To test it, I deleted a few photos and signed out of iCloud- signed back in and they were there, but not on the phone- success!! I now can take many more photos while at the Grand Canyon!!

They're nice but not well stocked at all- only two iphone 13s in stock- and no tech support. There seems to be some confusion about whether phones are worth anything for trade in- I was told mine was worth nothing, the next day it was worth $400-600, they ended up giving me $800 for it. It took three visits to get two of the three phones we were looking for, and only one of them is working right. I don't want to disparage them, but at the same time, I would advise people to go to a bigger store. Over a week and right now I have the equivalent of an $800 ipod. They were the ones who set it up, but somehow when it is not set up properly, that is not their problem.

I needed a new phone after my old one broke. Sereana helped me find the best phone within my budget. She transferred everything from my old phone so it was all set when I picked it up. Overall I had a positive experience and was relieved to have a new phone so quickly. Highly recommend this Verizon store!

I pulled up at 11:45 and saw an employee enter the store with a chipotle bag and there’s a sign on the door saying they’re closed till 1pm. That’s a ridiculous lunch break and there are no other Verizon’s stores within a 25m drive. Super annoying.

Well. Here I was, ready to spend $1,000 at this store. Walking in was not greeted but the lone guy was taking dating/love advice from some really wickedly weird woman. Could have been a street person, God Bless her.Anyway after 5 minutes of being ignored. I left.

Do not use this store if you are looking for a Verizon upgrade. They are a retailer only and their systems do not talk to the Verizon systems correctly, and they don't really seem to care to find out why or how they can fix it. My phone wouldn't turn on so I upgraded my phone through the Verizon website and chose this location as pickup. Verizon said I would receive an email within 2 hours when the phone was ready for pickup. I never received one, so I went to the store the next day and they told me that they couldn't fulfill my order because their "systems messed up and there was nothing they can do about it" and admitted that this had happened before. They told me to go home and talk to Verizon, so I asked to use their phone to call so that I wouldn't have to spend hours trying to figure this out. Verizon was unable to cancel the order themselves because it was "in process" with the store, so the only solution that they could come up with was for me to wait 3 days for the order to auto-cancel. I created a ticket with Verizon but I need my phone for work and now won't be able to have one for days. It's very unfortunate this specific incident has happened before and they made no effort to investigate or try to fix the process. I asked if I could talk to a Manager about why this happened and next steps and they said "sorry he won't be available until Thursday". I hope that they will try to understand the error this time so that it doesn't happen to anyone else, but would recommend going to an actual Verizon location to avoid this type of trouble.

I could tell he was doing great but my grandson was doing it for me. He's more up on this stuff. It was a great experience for me to observe. Newburyport is very lucky to have this store. I give a five star rating.
