The only place to service Briggs and Riley suitcases for the lifetime repair in the New England area. Otherwise you'd have to drive to New York City or Washington DC. They have a cute selection of bags and are knowledgeable.

They did a repair on a suitcase of mine that I likely would have otherwise had to replace. Turnaround and pricing were great. The store also seems to have a great selection of high quality bags and suitcases. I will definitely be back!

Leather World is a wonderful store to do business with. The owners are great - extremely nice and helpful. As well, they have an extensive variety of quality merchandise. Definitely recommend.

Brought in a Delsey bag that had a damaged wheel (base was cracked) and zipper as Delsey told me they were an authorized repair shop and my bag was under warranty. The guy in the shop told me that those repairs weren't 'covered under the warranty and were normal wear.' I tried to ask the difference between normal wear and warranty covered repair but didn't actually get an answer. He basically told me that I bought a cheap bag (I don't consider $300 cheap but OK) and you get what you pay for. I didn't really want to argue as I had taken time during my workday to drive 30 mins to get there and was a bit rushed plus I didn't think I was going to get anywhere given the interaction do far. Their hours are only daytime during the week and weekends, parking is very hard on weekends which is why I chose to come during the week. I brought the bag back and reached out to Delsey to ask why they sent me in for repair if it wasn't covered to which they responded 'this is covered' and sent me a brand new bag no questions asked. Very frustrating especially because I love Delsey bags and they are the only repair shop in the state for this brand.

They are SO RUDE. I cannot believe the positive reviews here. I have basically never had a pleasant experience (but they are one of the only luggage stores in the business in this area that I know of) but today really topped it all. They did not fix my suitcase correctly and instead of apologizing, the guy was rude and insinuated that it was my fault for not taking care of it, and inadvertently breaking the suitcase again. When I pointed out that his "apology" was rude and not sufficient, he said that they have been in the business for over 50 years as if they have no culpability here when they clearly made a mistake. It was not a good look. They could learn a lesson or two in customer service and humility. I refuse to patronize this store again.

Have gotten 2 of my expensive luggage pieces repaired here. Not only is the customer service extremely friendly, but the seemingly family owned and operated business always seems to have my best interest at heart!

Listed as an official return location for Kippling bags, according to Kippling. Store refused to take the return. Kipping confirmed they should accept the return. The lady was rude, uninformed and unhelpful.

To be absolutely fair they seem to have a good selection of products. However, their customer service is abysmal. I went to repair a zipper for my luggage. Just the handles. It should be no more than 20-30 US dollars based on phone communication with them on the phone. I commuted more than an hour to bring the luggage in and they asked for 60. Then, the person 'assisting' me mocked my English, my accent, and my intelligence as I question the pricing and how does it break down to parts, labor, etc. He denied to offer a detailed estimate claiming that the computer is not working and almost kicked me out of the store. Worst customer service ever. Do not even set a foot in this store...
