The CC reader on the pump doesn't work. So you have to walk into the store and deal with the grouchy lady behind the counter. I want to fill my tank but she asks me for the exact amount of gas I want to buy. How would I know that? Get your equipment fixed so they work and it is convenient for customer to use. Sheesh...

Stopped here for air in my tires and David came out offering help without being asked. He knew the machine was maybe having issues and wanted to make sure we left with properly filled tires. After having numerous terrible customer service experiences nearby today, David was a breath of fresh air. He exuded kindness and caring. Give this man a raise!

It's a 7-eleven but doesn't work with seven rewards for gas, there is no receipt available for gas (pump will not pump unless you agree), could only select 87

The gas pumps sooooo slowly, while advertisements are blasting in your face. Really irritating. The pump handles won’t lock so you have to stand there holding it, with no ability to mute the advertisements.

Do not go this place. The owner (or he may not be an owner but you know who you are) who at the 7-11 counter is very dishonest. Whenever you order lottery tickets he will try to sell you multiples by just printing multiples out and saying this is the lucky one or he heard wrong by mistake or by not adding multiplier. He always try to sell you other things on the counter but pretending it’s on him (of course it’s not). I’m done with this place and him. I’ve talked to one of the employees about it and he completely agrees and understood what I was saying

Super helpful staff at this Sunoco/711 station when I was stranded there with a flat tire on 12/7!! Tyler, Jax and everyone there did their best to help while I waited for service to arrive for my car.

Awful place. They over charged my card $48 and it did not come off after 24 or 48 hours. I believe this place stole my money. When I called they were not helpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. THE PUMP STEALS MONEY FROM YOU.

Hold-open clips have been removed on all four of their pumps. Fuel pumps slow (~30 seconds/gallon). Pricing not as competitive as before.
