We were greeted by a friendly staff which immediately calmed our nerves. We were cared for quickly and the process was explained so we knew exactly what was going on and how our pup would be cared for.She is better than new because of the incredible care, compassion, and quick work we received at VUCC Dedham.Thank you! All of the staff and the Vets are compassionate very kind and highly skilled. Dr. Kate Wissel has been our primary vet and I am so grateful for all she has done for my pets. “We bring our two dogs to Heal. We first brought our younger dog about a year and a half ago after hearing how well the team at Heal handles anxious pups, particularly those who struggle with receiving veterinary care. We've been thrilled with the entire team at Heal from those at the front desk to the techs to veterinarians. The visits at Heal are considerably longer, when needed, than what we experienced at our prior vet clinics. Gone are the days of rushed visits. We now feel more like an active member of our dogs' team, partnering with the vet staff. The team at Heal does a great job managing clinic operations. The clinic environment is generally quiet. Gone are the days of having to sit in a crowded waiting room with anxious/stressed animals. Communication via email pre/post visits has been effective and efficient. Communication about pricing has been clear: for more involved visits or visits with procedures, they have sent us cost estimates in advance of the visit, and, at the time of visits, they have reviewed the bill for that day with us.We travel about 30min to get to Heal--instead driving down the road 10min, to our prior vet clinic--because the care at Heal is worth it.”

“As a new client with a sick cat, I was treated with kindness, grace and quality care for my baby. We were fit in the next day, the bill was reasonable and Dr Levine was fantastic. Excited to have found a new vet for my 2 cats.”

“Dr. Temple and her team are the best! I’m new to Boston and was yet to establish care for my dog Bentley before he started having problems with his teeth. Dr. Temple made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with a complete dental removal, as Bentley has a heart murmur. The office is clean, modern, & her staff is always friendly. On top of all this prior to visiting Bentley had a medical emergency. I called her office to see if they handled emergency visits, they don’t but gave me a great referral as to where I could take him until his appointment which was so helpful!!”

“When I adopted my 2nd dog Niko (1.5 year old black American Labrador Retriever) from the MSPCA, they were located on the VFW Parkway across from what was then West Roxbury High School. At that time they had a decent practice with hopes to move and not only modernize, but enhance the client and experience. It was not long after that first visit (about a year or 2) that they had built their new building on Spring Street. Clean and spacious with an aquatic therapy pool. They graciously offered tours of their entire space. In 2010, I added Cadbury (chocolate English Labrador Retriever) and he and Niko continued to go to Ilene Segal, DVM.In 2015, Niko had passed and Cadbury and I moved to Framingham, where we parted ways with Parkway Vet due to distance and time. I regretted those years as we did not receive the same great service and eventually returned to Parkway Vet regardless of the distance. At this time we introduced Leanne Diese, DVM, to our newest member Mallow (yellow American Labrador Retriever). Dr. Diese took great care of my two boys Mallow and Cadbury and was very supportive during the untimely death of our youngest Mallow (age 7) due to sudden cardiac failure.Today, Cadbury (age 13) is still going as strong as a senior dog can go. The care and support of these two, Dr. Segal and Dr. Diese are one of a kind.Since 2018, and the various moves, I have continued to call Parkway Veterinary Hospital my home for care of my family.Owning a dog is never inexpensive, but the guidance and care is priceless and I strongly recommend considering Parkway Veterinary Hospital your place for veterinary care of your cat or dog.”

“My family has brought our pets to Thrive (formerly Looby Vet Group) for almost twenty years. We have always found the vets and other staff to be extremely efficient, kind, and helpful. If our pets could talk, we know they'd agree!”

“I found this place because I had been going to the same Brookline vet group for 17 years and it has steadily been going downhill but I was loyal and don’t like change. When my dog became really sick - I had to find a place that was organized, calm & competent to try and save my dogs life. Ultimately, lily passed away but the wonderful care she received & the kindness that was shown to me was like night and day compared to my previous vet. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch to a different vet / practice. Thank you chestnut hill for doing everything you could for Lilly & I. The receptionist/administrator, vet techs & veterinarians were so nice to us during a very sad and stressful time.”

“My review as cat 'mom' - 5 stars! They're so nice here and they are very caring. You can tell the people here love cats and I am sure many of them have some of their own! It's nice to bring my kitty in to a calm environment where there's just other cats. He goes from howling in the car to very quiet and calm as soon as we sit in the waiting room.”

“There is nowhere else we would take our three dogs. All the veterinarians are amazing, along with the staff. Everyone is friendly and kind. I always feel that our dogs are special, although I know this is how everyone is treated.”

“I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.”

“I don't even know how to adequately thank Dr. Jeremy Gransky for his kindness and professionalism with our family. We lost BOTH of our dogs in 2021 to cancer and we were so devastated at the thought of their last act being taken to a sterile and scary animal hospital to be euthanized. We were so lucky to have found these guys. Dr Gransky has a bedside manner that I've never experienced even from human doctors. He tells you everything to expect beforehand, so there are no horrible surprises. He gives your family time to say goodbye as he waits outside in his car. He is just so caring and has figured out EXACTLY what grieving pet families need to start their journey without their pet. The office is so kind and helps make arrangements for cremation (if that's what you want) and they send handwritten sympathy cards and they make sure the cremation process is handled quickly and professionally. I simply cannot recommend these folks enough. We miss our dogs so much still, but instead of anguishing over how they had to spend their last hours, we can cherish the time they got to spend with us at home, feeling safe and loved. There is just no price you can put on something like that.”

I have had to bring my pets there.Service is amazing, doctors and staff that work there are very kind and treat them with love.My dog never eats treats, but one of the vets gave it to him and he was so comfy eating and greeting him. They really care about the pets health not about the money. So compassionate ❤️??Amazing!!!I only have words to say thanks.”

“We take our two french bulldogs here and have had nothing but good experiences. With a breed that is prone to health issues, it's important to find a vet clinic that is attentive and listens carefully. That said, I've been to a handful of vets where you feel as though their #1 goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible. Not here! Our dogs see Dr. Evans and he is incredible - thorough in his assessment, cares about the well-being of the animals, and willing to listen to all of your concerns/answer your questions. The same goes for the vet techs and receptionists. Kind and caring staff through and through! Highly recommend bringing your pet here.”

“After trying 4 different clinics in the area I Thankfully found Weston Vet Clinic. Everything about this Vet clinic is wonderful. Perfect customer service from the front staff, technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable and all of the doctors are simply amazing and attentive to all of my four cats individual needs. I primarily see Dr. Mackey but have also seen two other wonderful vets there. I drive 40 miles after moving but I don’t mind the drive because they are worth every mile. I am so thankful for this vet clinic, the good work that they do, and for the staff and doctors there. I HIGHLY recommend them.”

“I got a recommendation to come here after having a horrible experience at another vet that left me in tears. They are extremely welcoming and upfront about the cost of procedures/ exams. Dr. Alan Bodenmueller treated my cat Punky with such warmth and understanding and he was extremely knowledgable and communicative about the dental work she needs done. I am so grateful to have found a vet I can trust!”

“Can't thank them more! My poor little pup tore a nail, (wasn't sure at the time) just saw blood and ran 5 blocks. Couldn't have been more understanding and welcoming! Thanks again!”

“I took my elderly dog here for a suspected ear infection. The Dr. Was able to take a look in her ears, and with the symptoms I had described to him, he was able to treat her for an ear infection. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The vet was knowledgeable, but he did come off as either annoyed or stressed. My visit here was due to my dogs normal vet not being able to see her for a few days out, so I thought I'd give this clinic a chance. The office visit was free, and I was only responsible for paying for her antibiotic, which was wonderful. They are walk-in only, cash only and parking is very difficult.”
