staff was very kind and loving towards my cat. they were transparent about pricing and followed up with test results the next day. would recommend, plus free churus for the kitties and snacks and water for humans.

Everyone, from administrative staff to clinicians and doctors are responsive, patient and caring with us and with our dog.

Consistently 15+ minutes late for the second appointment of the day. This isnt a staffing shortage it's a scheduling failure.
