I guess if I read the reviews it would have known this, it's not open 24 hours like it's listing states they close at 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I came here at 10:50 thinking I had plenty of time just to grab a water and they are closed with no son of life even though everything seems on.

Wow could this store really get any worse? I’ve been able to contain myself from previously writing a review and disregard the fact that they’ve been actively advertising themselves as being open 24hrs despite their store closing at 11pm on weekdays and numerous reviews highlighting this inaccuracy. But the sheer audacity the store workers have to then close the store nearly 10 minutes early to simply mop while I’m standing outside and knocking on their door with an urgent matter is bonkers in my humble opinion. And then instead of coming over and at least explaining why they suddenly decided to forego the last 9 minutes of operation, they go and turn the lights off while completely ignoring my pleas? The only thing convenient about this store is how conveniently infuriating it is.

I'm not even saying this to be funny: all the merchandise that was put into plastic bags smells like vomit. I can't even drink my Powerade because it reeks of throw-up whenever I lift the bottle to my face. I out my nose in the bag, suspecting it to be the source of the odor, and it was unbearably strong. While this may or may not be the store's fault, it is absolutely foul and I'll be sure to never return.

They just hire incompetent people that hate working. The owners are great, the store is great but the workers are except for the older man and woman that I assume are the owners/managers, are just flat out rude. Would suggest them to hire people that are nicer.

DON'T GO TO THIS STORE! There's an older guy there who is super rude and impolite, he shouldn't be working with the public. I asked if I could use the microwave after shopping at the store and he rudely said no! I'm going to sue the store with a lawyer.

Horrible customer service I walked in looking at donuts and lady said I was gonna steal and tryed kicking me out never coming back again and please fire her she has no sympathy or patience and assumed I was gonna steal because I told her I was looking and had a backpack in yet I was right in front of her

“ Horrific customer service more than once , same staff member “ : Please address
I went in yesterday at around 9:20pm on October 19, 2024. This heavy set woman with gold glasses 🤓 waited; on me on the night shift. I had several negative experiences with her . Due to her rudeness, horrific customer service adequate and low emotional intelligence . She is always on the night shift on my experiences. ( this information is so you can adequately identify this employee). Today she sold me scratch tickets at around 9:20 pm. I went over to the keno area to scratch them . It took me less than 4 minutes. I went back to cash and buy another . She said at 9:24pm literally 4 minutes later. “ She did me a favor by selling me the tickets” , prior because they stop selling tickets at 9:00 pm. So giving her my hard earned monies is her doing me a favor . Geez 🙄 Louise ! The lack of customer service skills is horrendous. The low emotional intelligence blows your mind away .
Second incident: different day
I go in to get a soda and snacks . I go to the register with this same cashier , to pay . She says I have to open the safe . That I need to back away . This made me feel uncomfortable. She should lock the door and open the safe not with customers inside .
Third incident: different day
She tells me I need to scratch the bottom of my scratch tickets , because she doesn’t get paid enough for this . She basically screamed this with other customers behind me . I felt uncomfortable. I might have left one unscratched but not all because it’s not my first rodeo . Again her low emotional intelligence in her way of addressing a situation is horrific customer service.
Fourth incident:
This time it’s not even 9:00 pm . I go to buy tickets she says they stop selling them . So if you can please address the time scratch tickets stop being sold . To have a consistency for customers like myself . This woman is putting her own policy depending on her mood . Like she gets a kick out of the control . She likes being in control . The customers are why she has a job to begin with . Please corporate or store owner humble the ego of this cashier . ( I also called the 7-11 corporate office outside the store in my car , so this hopefully is addressed because this situation with this cashier has got out of hand). Please also specify the time scratch tickets stop being sold . Thanks 🙏🏼

Bad costumer service. I asked him a question and he gave me an answer that was not answering my question. It was very disrespectful and he sounded mean when he was talking.

Recently I visited this 7-Eleven and unfortunately had a negative experience with the cashier. Despite his white beard, his attitude was anything but jolly. He was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which made my visit unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

The location is very nice, but the employees need to be a little more friendly. It's like they don't want to work. They don't even answer when I say hello how are you or wish you a nice day.
