These stores representatives have incredible patience and truly do their best to help customers. Clothes here are great, especially as a petite person. The store tends to be understaffed is my main complaint. This is a management issue, not the fault of the store workers. Store workers really do try to make the best of the situation. Finally, this store tends to also have its share of privileged affluent customers who feel entitled to act rude and needy towards store representatives. Really, no one wants to hear about your daughter “auditioning for Yale’s crew team” and how you did crew at Yale too, while you continue to be rude towards the workers. Congrats on the generational wealth, but please move ahead and let the other customers check out their order too?it’s a busy store, you don’t own it, and you’re not at the center of the universe.

Worst customer service ever. Allowed a customer to save a place in line by leaving things on the counter and then cutting everyone else when they were ready to come back.

When I was waiting to pay for my selection, two associates were helping two customers at two registers. I was the only customer waiting. Since there was a delay with two customers, I approached the counter and put down my selections in between two registers and waited in line. When another customer arrived next to me. Donna, the cashier in front of me, promptly called the third associate to open an additional cash register and told her to help HER (pointing the women next to me but further away from me since she was facing the other register). Donna seemed to make sure that the third associate to help “HER” 3 times repeatedly within less than a minute’s waiting for the other customer. That customer knew I was there before her and hesitant but I let her go to the new register. Instead I confronted Donna why she let that customer not me to be served. Donna said she did not see me although I was standing in front of her 3 feet away for 10 to 15 minutes and dropped off my selection on the counter during that time. She did not care my extensive waiting. I asked Donna, if indeed, she did not see me, what were the reason or motivation for her to repeat the other associate to help THAT customer with pointing since she would be the only customer in line. Donna did not answer to that.Although I was there 10 to 15 minutes, Donna chose not to serve me and regarded me INVISIBLE while she accommodated the new customer as soon as she came in next to me by opening up an additional register so the new customer did not wait even a minute. The other customer knew I was ahead of her too.Donna, you are expected to stop being so rude and practice no discrimination. You cannot get away with a lame excuse that you did not see me. You failed to hide your ugly motivation that was loud and clear since there is no other way to explain your weird direction to other associate. After all it was not your own shop and therefore, you hurt not your own business but Ann Taylor Cooperation. You have no right to treat customer differently based on your choice. Please stope discrimination and stop treating certain people as INVISIBLE.

Had a great experience at this Ann Taylor location. Was looking for black suede heels of which they only had one left. One of the employees called around to locations in the area and managed to reserve two pairs for me. Really helpful, got the shoes I needed that day thanks to her calling around to check inventory in other stores in the area.

Please understand that some etiquette and professionalism is necessary. I find it disrespectful and in poor taste that a male employ there addresses the customers with the appellative ”my love “. I felt uncomfortable! Please refrain from addressing anyone who enters the store that way no matter how “chill” and uninhibited you think you are. Ann Taylor please train or retrain your employs on how to address customers!

Been going here for years but it seems like the employees are more interested in having conversation with each other and not providing good customer service . I'll feel I need to take that extra drive to Macy's

Not into giving poor reviews but was extremely disappointed with this store. First visit had never been to the store before very few people in the store I wasn't greeted with a May I help you and I was looking for some trouser but happy enough fell in love with a shirt. When I arrive home I notice the item was cheaper then the receipt indicated and there was a entire store discount so that didn't sit well but ok system error. Few days later I go back to same location with the LOVED shirt explain the receipt and item over charge to my disbelief the women automatically assumed I was returning the shirt and says it was a size issue I said yes it's a size issue why would I explain being over charged.Poor customer service skills both days two different people and certainly neither one of them took the time one didn't notice she over charged me and the other didn't ask what I would like to do return the item or get a adjustment and she said yeah it's been happening ok so that should be a indicator that maybe I don't want to be over charged this isn't a discounted store and your aware and not taking accountability for your stores errors. I'm a working professional women and spend a lot of money in this store so it was upsetting. Customer service is everything.
