Very disappointed by the rudeness of a sales associate, Zach. We finally got some help from another sales associate to setup the new phone and trade in the old phone.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was directed to a table to wait for Kay who was helping me to get my Mac repaired. She was very nice and only waited about 5 mins for her. Everyone there was nice to me.
