Excellent trainer there Sunday morning for the 8 o’clock class. (Blanking out on her name, but she was great.) Good, motivated crowd. Friendly folks at front desk. Clean lockers and bathroom. Clean workout room. ? recommend.

It's a good place but you have to make an appointment for entering
