Rude customer service. When my bf tried on a blue suit which I was very satisfied, we were discussing about buying it, a salesman came out and asked us if we don’t need these clothes he will sell to someone else. We were a little bit annoyed about his tone and attitude so we immediately put down these clothes and left the shop. Yes, we tried 4 suits as we wanted to figure out the true size, but this is not the reason you treated us not nicely.

Connie and Silva at Brooks Brothers in Chestnut Hill Mall truly exemplify professionalism, showcasing impeccable attention to detail, style, and an unwavering commitment to the customer experience. Having been a loyal Brooks customer for over 15 years, their exceptional service during the bustling rush before New Year's stood out remarkably. Amidst the chaos, these two partners seamlessly managed various customer situations, going above and beyond. Connie and Silva took the extra mile, diligently searching online for styles and ensuring customer delight. Brooks Brothers' quality is not what it once stood for but its customer service remains outstanding and with dedicated professionals like Colleen and Silva, my loyalty is only strengthened.

I've been a brooks brothers client for over 60 years. After they closed the Boston Berkeley I went elsewhere. Recently I went to get 2 pairs of pants. Very bad experience! When they came in I was measured by a Taylor. Came to pick them up and they were 8 to 10 inches too long. Returned them for credit. Ordered 1 different pair. Same story. Too long after alterations. I asked to have them shipped to me after new alterations. She would not ship them. I asked to return them for a credit or refund.I was told that they wouldn't give a refund because they were altered. I left them and will never go back! And you shouldn't eather

Tatyana G. is incredible and her service impeccable. She came in on her first day off after many days of work – – insisted on coming in – – so that I could have last minute, unanticipated alterations before my wedding. She is talented and reliable and works selflessly to provide for patrons of this location. Bravo! Thank you so much!

I know BB was in bankruptcy but why are they responding by offering so little to women? They used to have the best button-down and elegant t-shirt selection so that you could revitalize your suits every season. And the sweaters, nothing was so perfect for a casual yet prim look at work. Now, the color choice and designs are so spare, I've found nothing. I've checked the web site several times over the past year year before going into the store and so far in the past 12 months have seen nothing to bring me in. I even went to the outlet in Assembly Row hoping there would be something you wouldn't see online and found nothing. I've switched to Foxcroft for non-irons.

I had to wait for help when I walked into the store. I suppose I had to just wait my turn. I was looking for a white shirt, winter coat and gloves. I just ended up with a white shirt. I was looking for winter cloths and notices that their inventory was limited. It looked like they had items on their website which were not in the store. Even their tie selection looked limited.I always get my cloths at Brooks Brothers because I have never has problem with any of their cloths and I know what I am going to get. There was plenty of parking since the store is located in a mall.

I went to exchange a shirt that was never opened for a wider neck and they could not find a history for this shirt I got as a gift and would not exchange it. Brooks Bros used to be very good on customer service but not now.

Connie and Mike too care of us. Connie suggested that we brought our son in to try the suits rather than buying them online. She was right. Mike fitted our son and it was perfect. The service here was second to none. We bought 2 suits and applied for Brooks Brothers credit card. It's like buy one get one free!

Had a terrible experience here and will never return. Interacted with a horrendously condescending woman who asked "if I wear Brooks Brothers" when I asked for assistance. The rudeness in her demeanor and her complete unwillingness to listen or help ensures I will never return here again. Their staff needs serious sales training. What an embarrassing exchange for them and I'll vocally share this experience with others.

The staff were very helpful. They told me which were the new seasonal items in and also pointed out what was available on sale. I dropped something in the dressing room and apparently they clean up right away because I called 20 minutes later and they had found it and put it aside for me. I was very pleased.

As a third generation, Brooks Brothers customer, who was previously loyal to Brooks Brothers - - I say previously, because I am DONE with Brooks Brothers - - I am saddened to think that a once iconic American brand, has allowed themselves to fall from the stardom, that they once enjoyed, to the gutter. I get it, in many societies, cultures, businesses, and industries - - a culture of excellence, that once prevailed, has been replaced by mediocrity. In my opinion, mediocrity would be an achievement for Brooks Brothers. Gone, in my opinion, is a time when Brooks Brothers was respectful of a customer's brand loyalty, and years of patronage (in my generation, of this three generation, (former) Brooks Brothers clients), 40 years of loyal Brooks Brothers patronage. But, I've seen it before, and I'll see it again, a company disposes of their once culture, like a baby's bath water. I get it, some products deteriorate over time, and some get better, and service at some companies, deteriorates over time, while others get better, BUT, in my opinion, Brooks Brothers has not kept pace with the national leaders in customer service (e.g. Nordstrom, Ritz-Carlton, Zappos); I don't think my grandfather would have ever imagined that service at Brooks Brothers, and the once Brooks Brothers culture, would deteriorate to the low level that it has. I remember learning years ago that when a company wanted to do business with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, that the leaders of that company were expected to learn about The Ritz-Carlton's guest/customer commitment, and subscribe to those values. In my parting experience with Brooks Brothers, the "straw that broke the camel's back" I discovered that Brooks Brothers customer commitment has gone the way of a baby's bath water, and that neither Brooks Brothers, or their credit card partner, Citi (bank) have any understanding of customer service, brand loyalty, or brand synergies. In fact, I discovered a marriage of what I believe, two rancid cultures, between Brooks Brothers and Citi. So, to Brooks Brothers, and the leaders of Brooks Brothers, who together with their partners at Citi, allow one another to "burn through" a once loyal customer, I bid them farewell, and suggest that they look themselves in the mirror, and remind themselves why they are in business, and what their core values are supposed to be. Clearly, customer and brand loyalty is of no significance to Brooks Brothers, Citi, and their relationship with one another (in my opinion, a business synergy of bad and bad).
