“George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”

“Brought my Toyota Corolla in this morning and my car was already repaired by noon. Steve and team were highly responsive, professional, and saved me a ton of money. For reference, I left paying $186 for a smashed window repair + service. My quote with Safelite was just over $400, and another local glass body shop was just under $300. When I brought the car in at 8:30am they told me they would pick up the glass from their supplier around 10am. By 11:50am i had a call telling me my car was ready for pickup. Highly recommend their service.”

They were able to transfer over my inspection sticker and the Velcro stickers for the toll pass. They saw me at my appointment time and got me in and out in the quoted time. “Staff at this location are friendly and efficient, my repair was done on time as promised with no noticeable issues afterwards. My only gripe is that I came back for a replacement after my initial windshield was found to be damaged. The following day that I came back there were still imperfections in the replacement glass (Not the fault of the onsite staff). At this point I bit the proverbial bullet and called it a day. I could not come back for a third retry at this point and lived with my decision. Quality Control from the warehouse to the shop could be improved substantially.”
