“I had been shopping for a very specific make and model of a car. When I expressed interest in a car they had for sale, i was immediately contacted by one of their salesman with not only pictures but videos of the inside and outside. I drove three hours from Maine just to do business with yes auto. I had never bought a car by myself, and they pretty much held my hand every step of the way and went back-and-forth with my bank for me.
I did pay a tad more than other comparable vehicles were listed however, I do think that money was well spent. Yes auto did repairs on the car. And are even fixing cosmetic things that I asked for. They were upfront transparent, and they’ve definitely got a repeat Customer in the future from me”

“I just serviced my car with ATF change here. I would say John is the most honest man I have ever met. I had numerous bad experiences with different auto shops in Newton and Quincy. Some charged you at a price it is hard to imagine and finally they didn’t even do the jobs, like old dark brake fluid still stayed dead in my car. John is very professional and has passion at his jobs. He provides really good works for which I have no doubts. Every time I had my car serviced here, I definitely said “ Thank you !” to John before I left.”
“Front wheel was making a horrible racket, sounding like metal on metal and getting worse over a few days. Who knows what it was. Paul fit me in the next day. But when I dropped it off, naturally the noise was gone. His mechanic took it on the highway and drove it around - they took the wheel off and looked at the brakes and bearing. Concluded that whatever it was, it had resolved - perhaps a rock or something. Didn’t charge me anything but suggested if it comes back to drop it off immediately and they would check it out.”
“Pleasant car care did a great job in addressing a couple of significant issues, and addressing them in a timely fashion, and in a very professional but understandable way. I got approved for an inspection sticker, which was the reason for the original appt. Staff was friendly, informative and acty took me on a visual tour of what the concerning problems were. The cost seemed manageable, and the 3 year warranty was great. The only issue was that the time committment was a little longer than I thought when sceduling. No big deal, I will definitely schedule more appts as needed with Pleasant!”
“We all rely heavily on our cars. No car ~ and our lives, (as we knew it), come to a panicked standstill. Two questions: Who can help me the quickest? (and) Are they going to charge me twice what the job is worth? My suggestion is: When, by reading reviews or a personal reference, you get the name of a good mechanic or shop, go there, tell them, "I was told that I can trust you". As a customer, show them trust, respect, and loyalty. If you found the "Right one", soon you'll be thinking, "I'm driving to my friend, to get my car repaired at a fair price". I've been driving for about 50 years. When the mechanic was an employee, I gave him a cash tip. The owner, gift cards, loyalty, friendship. I've seen guys drop their tools to come help me. (They do it ~ because of how I've treated them first.) I've had a number of different people fix my cars & trucks, and they were all friends.”
“Years ago, you folks were my go to MoPar parts dealer and information provider. I had been away from the Chrysler marquee for some time, but now own a '49 Dodge Wayfarer convertible. It needed the oil pan gasket set which arrived just in time to be installed by my repair shop. On a per item basis, you are a little more expensive than Roberts Motor Parts, but you seem to provide higher quality parts than your competitor. This will absolutely bring me back into the fold. “George is a great man. Instead of letting me (19-20 year old guy) spend countless thousands on my old car, he was honest and truthful to me and only recommended what truly needed to be done.
For example, one time I had brought my car to a place in Watertown street and they had quoted me about $1700 worth of work. Just so happens one of out of the three things they told me needed to fixed did not, and along with that the price they quoted was still incredibly high. I can really go on and on forever about this spot but just take my word for it, me and my mother have been going here for 3 years and it’s been nothing but perfection.
The mechanics are also top notch, despite having a small garage they always got my car back to me within the same day and along with that they never rush me/ charge extra when I can’t pick it up the same day.”
