The manner in which he interacts with the children is so kind, warm, caring and engaging. It is clear he loves his job, and he wants the kids in his program to be happy and feeling they belong there. “I graduated in May of 2026 and my time here was not only magical but miraculous! Not only did I meet awesome people, I met family I never knew I had. Whether it is maintenance staff, kitchen staff (that were amazing), or the RAs, the volunteers, or the instructors, every single person I interacted with was kind, caring, funny, and the most supportive people around. They not only helped me get over being an “angry blind person”, they helped me accept and embrace the possibilities of what I can do being blind.
