Poorly run location. Employees are very rude and short tempered, building is dirty and equipment doesn’t. work properly! Don’t waste your money and time at this place.

Carol is the best. She helped us find the right unit. She asked about our future needs, which was helpful as well. She's always busy cleaning or engaging other storage clients. We really like this facility, and Carol. I will recommend to all my friends!

Go to the Newton office on newtonville ave. The lady that works there is extremely helpful. The facilities are kept immaculate

My husband and i connected with Carol who was knowledgeable and helpful in securing a storage unit for us. We stopped into the store and she was a went over the details on snagging a unit. At the time a unit was not available but she followed up with us and was able to hold one that became available. Carol made life easy and hiccup free for us.Thank you.
