I visited twice to get a passport photo, but each time I was told the camera was broken. I asked the cashier and other employees if someone could take my photo with my phone against a white background since I urgently needed it, but no one was willing to help. This is disappointing customer service. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

This CVS has poor customer service. I dread coming here every time. Very rude and unprofessional; mainly the Pharmacy. Occasionally have a good experience.

Non-existent customer service at the pharmacy. They cancelled the order without informing me, because they didn't have the medicine in stock. I was waiting for few weeks assuming it will arrive.
When they finally got it in stock, they didn't bother to call.
When I leave a voicemail, they call back and instantly hang up as if the call is disconnected. They don't repeat the call and I have to call three times to get to talk to someone.
Another CVS functions much better. At least they inform you about the status of your medication.

I have never had a good experience here. Usually mediocre, but when it's bad, it's BAD. And it's almost always due to the pharmacy itself. They have shorted me pills on a prescription which caused several issues with my insurance and getting a refill. They also made my dad pick up 2 prescriptions of mine when he only asked for 1 and then they refused to return the extra for us, despite it being 100% their fault. I triple checked my texts and emails - they notified me the one I needed was ready and nothing else. I can appreciate not returning prescriptions, however, when a customer is forced to pick it up and it's not something that they or the person they pick it up for still takes, exceptions should be made. The pharmacist refused to offer any assistance. I had to keep asking questions to even find out what I could do with the drugs. After years of issues with this pharmacy, it is clearly time to find a different one.

[Visited the store at 9:45pm 1/13/25]
It took a bit to find the first thing I needed, but the real issue came up when I went to get the photos that I had ordered earlier. They got completely lost, since things were a bit disorganized. Robert ended up helping me get the photos in the end. They were super helpful and I’m glad that they ended up coming over to the checkout counter since the other cashier wasn’t as helpful in being able to find them.
The staff are super nice, the photos are a bit unorganized but they got here in the end…just took a little longer (30-35 minutes) then the 2 minute in and out I thought it would be.

Went to take a passport picture.After waiting for the cashier lady finishing her conversation I asked if somebody could help me. She said "No Passport picture today" and then she mumbled something like the machine is "down" which of course was BS. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

The store is clean and I like the pharmacy. Just avoid ordering photo prints here - every time I’ve ordered 1 hour photos it’s taken 4+ days to fill. The employees seem to have no idea to look up the order status or communicate what the issue is, either

The store contains a lot of items that I look for, however, one of the cashier agents are immensely rude, snappy and unprofessional.

Not shopping at this store again. The employees are very rude! I tried to press the button to say I didn't need a receipt and the lady got mad at me for trying to press it again because it wasn't doing anything. "Stop messing with my machine" she said.

This is the worst CVS I have ever gone to. People have always been rude to me or my girlfriend. We dropped disposable cameras off 7 months ago and they somehow lost them. Still they cannot find them and when I tried to get CVS support involved to call them and investigate they just said they were ready to be picked up. Which was just a lie considering my girlfriend was there 20 minutes before the phone call. If you can avoid this one I would at all costs.

Called 19 times today to the pharmacy, they never picked up. I was told by store front that pharmacy will no longer be taking phone calls! How is that efficient? So now I have to take my disabled daughter in, wait on a long line with only 3 staff working, to always find out there is a problem with getting her meds on time. I’m fed up!
