Energy Fitness is wonderful! My five-year-old cannot wait for Friday afternoon to roll around to attend class. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and kind to all of the kids. We look forward to many more years attending this amazing facility!

We love Energy! The coaches are wonderful. While there are opportunities to seriously pursue gymnastics, the overall atmosphere is low pressure and inclusive.
