I hired Mr. Bruce Bradford PLS to survey my property. The agreement was signed, and my check for $900 was deposited. That was the last time I heard from Mr. Bradford. I have tried to contact him by emails and numerous phone calls and voice messages without avail. He just not responding.

These guys were recommended to us by a friend but I certainly would not recommend them. They said 5 weeks and it turned out to be more like 7-8 weeks and when I would call, I would always get transferred to voicemail and not once received a call back. It's not pennies we're talking about, so the common courtesy of a call back should be expected. Should have done a little more homework before going with them. Ah well, we live and learn.

If you want to delay your project and be very frustrated for a number of weeks, this company is for you. Complete amateur hour in their communication and timelines. I don't know why, but I didn't look up their yelp reviews before putting a deposit down and now very much regret it. Don't make the same mistake.

We never received any return calls, never received responses to e-mails. Everyone that we tried to deal with was unresponsive, impolite, and dismissive. The one time someone answered the phone, he picked up saying "What do you want." Really? And, they delayed our project by 3 months. Of everyone that we worked with on a large construction project, this company was the worst, by far.

Very poor customer service, voice mails, emails go unanswered. Their quote is very high, unwilling to discuss their plan ( even though they have 2 previous surveys of my land on file)
