I love going to the Waltham Valvoline. Their employee Siah consistently is friendly, knowledgable..she found a something stuck in my tire that i didn't even know about..Thank Goodness as i was heading out for a trip, and getting a flat or blowing a tire on rt 128 is my worst nightmare. Thank You Siah.

The worst company you could work for. Abusive managers, 45-50hr work weeks for 14.50 before taxes is highway robbery. Upper level mangers pocket all the profits that come from sales at stores while taking from the employees that make them. Robbing me of wages for 3 months now.

I'm disappointed. Thoroughly. Their auto customer service may be satisfactory, but the administrative "customer service" is seriously lacking. Its more like customer avoidance. Customer neglect. I had to call corporate headquarters in Kentucky to get someone in Massachusetts to call me back. Ridiculous.

Company is horrible to work for.. they do not treat their employees right, unless your in their little clique.... They say they don't push their employees to sell yet they do sell items that are not needed at the time of service... That's another reason why I'm not their no longer... Against my morals...

I was an employee for about 7 months. the first time I ever had a job with benefits and having sick pay. unfortunately I got very sick where I couldnt work for a week. I was never told I had to request my sick hours on my payroll website. i was fired a week later and never recieved my sick pay. this place is not a good environment to work in. they dont care about their employees and their needs.

Henley Enterprises recently bought an oil change station in Santa Rosa CA. This former Pennzoil station was beloved by the community, and was surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful old trees. Once Henley bought it and made it a Valvoline oil change station, they cut down all the trees, stopped watering the landscape, and installed tons of ugly flags, inflatable moving signs and huge banners. This location is one of the most heavily traveled corners in town, and now it's an eyesore. Henley has no respect for the towns they move into. It's profits first, at any cost to the town.

I used the Walpole location to change my transmission fluid. The transmission started leaking sometime afterwards. I called corporate to see what they would do. The manager took his time responding to me, and then didn't correspond for over a month after, until I called them. Still, they danced around solving the issue they caused and left me with my transmission leaking. Also, they used me being in the military against me because I had to move, said that the mileage could have caused the problem. Do not go here unless you're willing to pay for their mistakes. Far from professional.
