Nobody answers the phone. When I went in person to pick up my insurance-arranged rental everyone was great. When I tried to talk to them beforehand that the body shop was ready for my car and I was coming nobody ever answered the phone. When I tried to call again to say I was done and had left the rental with the body shop I LITERALLY let the phone ring there for 20 minutes while I did other things and nobody ever picked up

I had an excellent experience at this location. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and easy. Returning the car was just as easy—no long waits, and the process was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely rent from this Hertz location again. Highly recommended!

The store supervisor gave me a $50 voucher 6 months ago because there weren't any cars available when I showed up for my reservation, I had to wait and come back 4 hours later for my car. Today, when I presented a photo of the $50 voucher (because I had forgotten the physical one) the very same employee who issued it to me stated that I had to have the original physical voucher with me in person to redeem it, even though I had forgotten it and taken a photo of it. She claimed it was so that she could void the voucher even though the voucher has a serial number on it. The fact that it was the very same employee who issued it to me in the first place who wouldn't make an exception or try to help me was very disappointing. Its 2025, I find it hard to believe that in these modern times, the original voucher had to be present and that there wasn't a work-around solution.

BEWARE… I rented a car for 28 days because my car was in the shop having a motor replaced under a recall. The shop did not expect to have the car back to me within a month. The car was done within 16 days and I returned the rental early. I was told I was not entitled to a refund because I prepaid for 28 days They would not issue any sort of refund for the remaining 12 days that I did not use the car. I have tried contacting Hertz. Customer service through the website and was not offered any sort of reimbursement. Standard line has been that that is their policy. I find this unacceptable, and wish to notify others that you should ask ahead of time if you are entitled to a refund if for some reason you need to return the car earlier than expected.

Do not rent here. I rented a car here and returned. Five days later, I received a message saying my car is not returned. Turns out the staff at this location haven't close the rental. This is pure ignorance. I would give 0 start if I could.

It was utterly disappointing. We waited half and hour and then were called to the counter. We had booked a manager special (regular, not ev), and she offered as only a ev car. I said I did not book a manager special (ev) option, because we are going on a long road trip. She said regular car will be an upgrade and extra costs- despite my ‘president circle’ status which is clearly a joke. This was shocking as we were stuck given we were ready to travel. I called my preferred enterprise branch and they had an suv for us and matched the price. Never again Hertz

Great and friendly service. Could have been 5 stars if more than 1 person didnt have to return a car then rent one out then get to me do my paper work then had to go clean my car all herself.
