“I was going in for a claim check and was worried that I wouldn't get this check on time to buy a new car, I went in early, I had an appointment at 11:30am and was hoping they would take me early, I met this really kind woman, I'm so upset I didn't get her name but I do know she has cotton candy chrome nails lol, but she mad this process so easy, she was very bubbly, kind, and took care of me very well. she is very good at her job! I would give her 10 stars! I wish I grabbed her name she was just amazing and I left with me check and a smile, and worry free she really made my morning a good morning!”
