Can't say enough positive things about my experience at JMcLaughlin Store in Chestnut Hill today. I was greeted when I came, a return I was making was graciously accepted. The salesperson, Jenn, and I talked about what I was returning she suggested something which was close but not quite. She suggested a few more clothes and I turned out buying one I would have missed on my on. It was such a pleasant shopping experience! Definitely 5 stars!
