Went in to exchange a top the Grandparents had got. Just wanted the bigger size but as receipt was dated before November 11th they wouldn’t exchange even though they had the next size. Horrible customer service

Horrible location that routinely closes before 7:30pm. I went tonight (on a Tuesday) and it was closed before 7:30pm. The store hours list this store is open until 8pm, which is simply not true.
