They sent me a violin for a trial. I didn't have any problems with them at all. I didn't end up purchasing the violin but they were very nice about the whole process.

Great source for all things strings! I rented an acoustic double bass from them; I subsequently bought an electronic upright bass from them. They also carry a full line of accessories.
