We had nothing but questions and uncertainty when we entered, and he walked us through all the options and decisions, helping us define our needs and preferences. He listened to all our priorities and never veered away from finding what would work best for us, taking into account sizes, appearance, durability, price, etc. He was very diligent compiling all the information for us once we'd walked through, and decided even more than we'd aimed on, and sent it promptly by email as well. Even though it was past closing time on a Saturday, he insisted on getting through all the aspects we could cover.
