Lush Cosmetics Chestnut provides an amazing and fun shopping experience. The staff is wonderful, sweet, welcoming, nice, and helpful. They are kind and engaging, making visits special and memorable. Customers have had an amazing time at the store, with staff making the experience so much fun that they almost did not want to leave. The location is excellent for celebrations, with birthday parties for both children and teenagers being a highlight. Guests report having the best time, and the staff even has fun with the kids. Visitors are able to find what they are looking for and then some, leading them to definitely return and hoping to come back soon. This Lush location is a favorite.

LUSH hosted an amazing birthday party for our daughter. Everyone had so much fun -- they got to make their own bubble baths, pick out their own face scrubs, and go home with lots of LUSH goodies. The store manager, Maren, could not have done a better job. She was fun, engaging, and entertaining. High recommend!!
