Had an appointment for wedding suits and a tuxedo. Arrived for our appontment and were very rushed. Was not listened to by what color suits we were looking for. Once directed towards the ones “that fit our venue” were just given the one suit for one person in our party and rang up. Groom was never even fitted for measurements or tuxedo he had in his hand but said by the size he tried on it would be ordered and arriving within two weeks . our other groomsman was told to come back at a later date. We were rushed out and when we called to check the suit we were told our name wasn’t even in the system and it was never ordered. Said it wasn’t “them” who made the mistake. Awful service.

My husband purchased his wedding tux at Milton's and had a fantastic experience! In his words - "the customer experience I received from Tim was top notch. He was friendly, professional, and helped me find the perfect tux for our wedding. He was able to fit all my groomsmen for suits as well and made the process incredibly easy. I would recommend Milton's to anyone looking for a tux/suit for any occasion!"

I went 4 different places looking for a tuxedo and didn't have much luck until I came to Milton's. Much better selection/options and service (and quality). I was helped by both Tim and Andrew (both very helpful and knowledgeable). When I picked up the tux the pants were just slightly big in the waist, which the tailor quickly fixed. I would recommend them and will be going back if I need a suit. I feel like if you want to look like a million bucks for a few hundred bucks, this is the place to go!

I have been shopping at the Miltons Chestnut hill location for years and it never disappoints! When it came time to decide where my groomsmen got their suits it was a no brainer. From the moment I walked in the store I was helped by Tim, who is so friendly, professional and so good at what he does. Tim was able to help me, my fiancè and my brother select the correct suit for the groomsmen. My friends all looked great in their suits and I can't thank Tim and Miltons enough for the ease, expertise, and professionalism they provided for my wedding day.

A first and last experience! I stopped in here after a search found it as a recommended place for men's wear. However, after setting foot in here...no one greeted me or the couple that came in after. There were exactly 4 other guests in the store and 3 employees. I walked around for a couple minutes and after it was clear, no one really care to offer any assistance, I left and went across the street to Bloomingdale's at the Chestnut Hill mall instead! Unsurprisingly, the couple that came in behind me also walked out as I got in my car . Bottom line is, I definitely don't recommend this store based on customer service alone...I should say...lack thereof!

This is my go to store for clothes. The sales people wait on you hand and foot. I have worked with Tim for many years, but this past week we had another salesman who was top notch. My son needed a suit for a wedding, and within 15 minutes, we had the suit and the tailor came over to mark the alterations. The suit was ready in 6 days, and we are very pleased. It is difficult to find this highly personalized service anymore. Would highly recommend this store.

Bought a suit for a wedding and had to return the pants. Had to chase them down for a refund for nearly 6 months. Save some time and shop somewhere that has better service.

Overall terrible experience regarding customer service from one particular employee. Unfortunately we have had negative experiences with her on numerous occasions. I believe her name is Alberta. My fiancé needed to get fitted and she didn’t accurately measure him. She was rude, condescending, and unhelpful - as if it were his fault that he needed assistance. During one visit, she talked about him negatively to another customer when he turned away. She has also mocked him directly to his face. It has left a very bitter taste and I’m not sure we will be back to Milton’s. They would do well to treat their customers with respect at the very least.

I had heard about Milton's for years, but had frequented other competitors. I gave them a try today and it was the fastest and most professional and polite suite buying experience I have ever had. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get what I didn't want and was pleasantly surprised by the value (about $100-$150 less than a national men's wear chain, and comparable quality). I recently lost a lot of weight and so have to replace my suits but I am not looking to go bankrupt. I have very long arms and legs, which makes suit shopping doubly stressful. Milton's took so much of the edge off of the stress and a great price. I will definitely be back.
