Love Rail Stop! Firecracker Shrimp apps are delicious. The Reuben Sandwich is hearty and tasty. Make sure to get a healthy and very generous salad! The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The service is impeccable! Our server, Joseph, was informative and attentive.

We started with the mussels which were the best we ever had. The sauce was amazing, would have gladly had it alone or as a soup or over pasta! For our meals we had the Daily Risotto with Shrimp and the Salmon with the best sauce containing leeks, lobster meat and other amazing ingredients. Wouldn't hesitate to have either dish again and can't wait to try others. Our waitress was great also! Left very happy!

We had a nice comfy table for our large party. All of the food was delicious including squash soup, the Caesar salad, the hamburger, and the short rib tacos, risotto and scallop entrees. The server was very attentive and we enjoyed the atmosphere too. Would highly recommend!

A friend and I had dinner before a concert. The service was very friendly and the food was excellent. Also very happy they had Vitamin Sea beer on tap! The restaurant has a very nice vibe without being stuffy. I would recommend it as a nice place for dinner with friends or a date!

My friend and I wanted to try brunch at a new spot for our monthly brunch. First visit to Rail Stop so we didn't know what to expect. It was relatively quiet so we opted to sit at the bar. Our bartender, Isaiah, was friendly and attentive. Since it was a bit quiet, I asked Isaiah if he could craft a custom spicy cocktail for my food blog and he graciously obliged. We will definitely be back for brunch again, this time with a larger group of gals!

Great brunch. The reason for only 4 stars is that the menu on the website was completely different from the one that was used. Our guest of honor is a lobster roll fan and a french fries fan and neither of those were on the physical menu. That being said, the food was great. Everyone enjoyed it. I could use a little less volume on the music but that's a small thing.

Unfortunately terrible quality of food.. I don't expect much going out on Valentine's Day but this was particularly bad. The table next to us also complained about the food. My girlfriend's food was not edible. We were then told the kitchen was closed at 9 on Valentine's Day so we couldn't get dessert. However, other servers were asking their tables if they wanted dessert and still putting in dinner orders.

Second time dining at Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar. Love the atmosphere and small ste tion to details. Nice bar set up. Food is ok but lots to choose from. This was a Sunday brunch visit. I had the crab cake benedict and started with the butternut squash/ apple soup. The soup was great. We also ordered the french toast with bananas with a side of bacon, and another egg dish, the name escapes me. No drinks.

Just love coming to Rail Stop! From the moment you check in, Rail Stop takes care of you! The host easily took care of our seating requests for our group of four for a Saturday brunch. Our wait person was great; orders placed correctly. Brunch offerings are many and varied; everything is delicious and well-prepared. Don't miss Saturday brunch with DJ Charlie- awesome.

Rail Stop was a great "stop" for Friday night dining. Restaurant is warm and cozy, with a lively bar scene. Our Wild Maine Mussels were perfectly sauteed in a light, creamy white wine sauce with garlic shallots and whole grain mustard, topped with pieces of crostini. A huge Southwest Burger arrived, with toppings of lettuce, tomato, avocado, chipotle mayo, poblano peppers, carmelized onions and pepperjack cheese, on a delicious toasted brioche bun. The Baby Green side salad was also a hit. The service was top notch!

Restaurant ambience is excellent! The place is super clean, modern and great place for date or family gathering. Went there for brunch. Great brunch menu as well as affordable which is hard to find now a days. Oscar was our waiter and was great at the beginning, but then the service started to deteriorate, waited a while for someone to come back to check on ask, ask for water, coffee and etc. looked like he was the only sever. Not entirely his fault. Just note they do validate parking, just park behind them on the same block, not across the street.

We've been here twice now and have decided it is a good place for appetizers. Haven't had any great meals either time after ordering 8 dinners (4 people each time) The appetizers have been good though. First time we went the service was excellent. The second time, it was adequate. He was nice enough but not very attentive and he spilled a lot of water on the table while pouring a glass and he never cleaned it up. I wouldn't tell someone to go out of their way to go here but it's a cute place to eat after being at the track across the street. It is a little pricey for what you actually get. But so is everywhere else nowadays

Food is great and it's a good spot for larger groups, however we had to have multiple items sent back because they weren't what we ordered or didn't follow dietary preferences we'd made known to our waitress.
