“I am writing a review because of an incident I witnessed on November 20th. A woman, wearing dark sunglasses in the very well lit store, decided she did not like waiting for her prescription at the pharmacy. There seemed to be an issue with her prescriptions, which a pharmacist was trying to resolve. Apparently they only had one and not the other. She decided she did not want to wait anymore (which was only 5-8 minutes) and started demanding to pay for the prescription they were able to get. Ultimately, they were able to get both. When they asked her for ID, she went bananas. She didn't want to give her ID. She started swearing at another pharmacist for no reason. Then she stomped off. Mind you, I'm behind another woman in line, who saw this craziness. By the time I got my prescription and was leaving, she was in the front complaining to the manager about waiting and being asked for ID. During these crazy times, is it necessary to act out like this? Is it that serious? This review is for the pharmacists, who remained calm, cool, and were able to still provide good customer service to an unreasonable, unhinged person. I might not have been so nice. Kudos to you guys!”
