Incredibly honest, explained every detail and reasoning for repair or why I can hold off for now. I have never felt more respected as a customer. OTG is not looking for your money, they are just looking to help you. Repair was quick (completed that day) and location was accessible by public transportation. I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs! Thank you, Scott.

Just relocated to the area and needed a reliable mechanic for routine maintenance. Very reasonable, quick to get my car in and out, and the guys here are very friendly. Honest shop that doesn't try and tell you to get stuff done to your car that you don't need, unlike some of the bigger service centers at dealerships.

A Toyota dealership told me that I needed new front struts and they were going to charge $1500. I took my car to this car garage for a second opinion after reading the Yelp reviews. The mechanic told me that while they were a little rusty, there was no safety issue and they didn't need to be replaced. Toyota made it seem like my car was going to fall apart if I didn't put new struts on my car immediately, My experience with this garage was consistent with all of the glowing reviews. I'm not from Massachusetts and I'm not Caucasian, so I'm not related to the owners or anything. I'm also a woman and any car-related business generally sees nothing but dollar signs when I walk in the door. This is a very trustworthy business. Thank you so much for taking a look at my car and giving me honest advice!

The folks at Old Time Garage have been so helpful for several repairs, including today when I stopped by to set up an appointment to have a windshield wiper fixed. They fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me for the help! They are always very professional, friendly, convenient, and reasonably priced!

It was difficult for me to find a trustworthy car shop when I first moved up here. I don't even get this great of service back home- these guys are great. They were able to accommodate me while I had a crazy work schedule and they literally saved me from being broken down on the side of who-knows-what road in less than no time. Scott and all the other guys are timely, trusting and do an amazing job. I'd take my car here anytime. Thanks again guys!

I can't say enough good things about Old Time Garage, or count the number of times they have helped me out of what I thought was a mechanical disaster. My going on 17 year old CRV is on the road today because Sam and Scott and Billy in Needham know what they are doing and will always go the extra mile to make sure your repairs are done correctly and for an honest price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Six years ago, I bought my first used car from OTG -- a 2007 Camry Hybrid in excellent condition. It is still going strong. I take it to OTG's garage for maintenance. This company is trustworthy; the cars they sell are reliable. I will continue to refer more people to them.

I got a flat driving into work and lucky pulled into this garage. They were kind and took care to find the puncture and patch it if they could. They put my spare on quickly and I was on my way. Awesome service and I recommend this honest shop.

I have been going here for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. When I moved away from Newton, I was legitimately terrified of trying to find anywhere that was even half as goo as these guys. Sam and Scott are easily two of the most pleasant people I have ever interacted with. They're knowledgeable and truly want to help their clients - not screw them over financially. They'll tell you what's going on with your car and explain what your options are - explaining the purposes and reasoning. And unlike some garages, they'll tell you when work isn't necessary or when it can be put off - because they are good people. Last year, my car reached the end of its lifespan and it was time for a new one. I called up Sam, who goes to auctions often for their used car inventory, told him my budget and what I was hoping to find right down to the color (black cars mean better car cookies in the summer). He found one that matched the description perfectly, within the price window, and within a week I was trading in my old car and purchasing the car I have now, which I absolutely adore. They're professional, honest, hard working and they get to know each person. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys, but I can say for certain if you're looking for a place that will treat you like a person who matters (regardless of car knowledge) and provide exceptional service - look no further. OTG is here for you.
