They had a shirt of mine and it had a spot on it which they said they could get out when they didn’t I didn’t want to pay but then he said he could get them out when I came to pick it up it had two holes in it I noticed that after I paid for it though and he refused to take responsibility for it. He was extremely rude to me and I have told many people about this so that they will not use this place.

I have never written a review for Yelp...good or bad, but I eel that it is necessary to alert people to this store with owners who only care about making money. Recently I brought in a very expensive Brioni tuxedo shirt that my husband wore once last year and he has sine passed away. I was cleaning and storing the shirt for my son. I brought it in the end of Sept with a few other items. When I picked the order up, I put it in my car. I never examined the items. When I got home I realized that the shirt was missing, I went back the next day, and the owner's wife Tina said she remembered the shirt and will look for it. Over the next 6 weeks she was still looking for it and of course calling me to update me. Finally this past Wednesday I call and spoke the her husband. He got on the phone accusing me of losing the shirt because they never make mistakes and after all it was almost 2 months ago. I tried telling him that his wife was informed on a weekly basis and she was looking for it. He screamed anc cursed at me and told me to take him to court and slammed the phone down. I did not even get a chance to respond. His arrogance is overwhelming. I would not recommend this cleaners, because if you value your clothes, don't expect them to stand behind you if their is a problem and you need their assistance, As the owner so eloquently stated.....................We don't lose things or make mistakes. The clients lose things....

I’ve been taking my clothes here for over 10 years. They’ve never lost anything, never ruined anything, and all my clothes come back perfect. They also do alterations which come out very professional. Tina, the owner, is very polite and welcoming. I highly recommend Orchid.
