When someone is actually there, filling tanks is quick and easy. However, most of the time no one is available to fill tanks, and they suggest coming to the gas station to swap tanks. This feels like a bait and switch to me.

The propane filling was easy and quick. Sure, you have to call someone who drives over (takes a few minutes) during the winter time. Otherwise, nice friendly service. Just call and expect to wait a few minutes.

great price for propane. Friendly staff, just call and talk to a human and they will hook you up. The gas station is open on Sundays which is very useful.

I’ll never go here again! After calling and waiting 20 minutes for someone to come.They insisted on swapping my 3 year old tank despite me asking them not to do so! They put it in the back of my SUV to help me. I got home to find an almost expired tank that is rusty!!!

I called ahead and even though they were busy, they sent someone to meet me at the Propane Tank to refill mine. They were prompt and the service was extremely nice. No complaints.They also wore gloves and had a mask, so took COVID protocols seriously, which was great.

Great place, was heavily staffed not sure what these reviews are about. Got my propane.Update: Propane ran out after maybe 10 grill sessions. Went to go get it refilled at Uhaul and was told that the tank had not been inspected since 2002 so I had to buy a new one.

Not staffed. You call and they take 10-15 to come down. Tell you to exchange. New tank with gauge not exchanging.

This location is not staffed during all their business hours - you call the number on the sign for someone to come down.
Knowing that, I generally give some leeway. However, they are always resistant to coming down, and always try to get you to go to them to swap tanks. I didn't go to a filling station to swap my tank with an unknown one. Also, they sometimes say that no one is available, so too bad.
If no one is available today, take the sign down, it looks like you're open.

So bad, i called before showing up and they said they were open until 5, i got there before 3:30 and nobody was there, i called them and they said the guy just went home, so basically they dont even respect their " business " hours

Grrrr. Online and according to the sign in front, this business is open until 5pm on Fridays. I showed up and the guy that works next door says they close at 4pm on Fridays, so we were SOL on our tank fill-up for the evening. — Lost opportunity.
