They were very responsive when I needed to file claim from my home ins. My agent is keeping me informed with what they are doing.
The reason for 4 stars is because it’s expensive. Possibly more than other companies.

This company does not care about listening to the customer. They raised my rate without a real explanation. And when I pointed out the simple math they did not care. Sure they referred me to another company who ended up not following through on their end. Horrible office, horrible follow-up from an industry that literally knows that they can screw you over and there's nothing that you can do about it. Would give a zero or negative if I could. Do not use this branch or All State in general if you can avoid it.

My car insurance rates increased by $100 a month this year due to "increases in state coverage." I spent 50 minutes chatting with an agent, and the most they could reduce that by was $15 per month (after I made drastic changes to my policy that don't benefit me). Anyway, insurance is a predatory industry that only gives the illusion of protection.

Mayra Fantastic, Robert fantastic. If Steven Dee is involved don't walk away. . . RUN AWAY. Held up closings on a home not once, but TWICE!! For simple things. Pure negligence and sense of responsibility for client. I feel like an idiot for sticking around as long as I did. If Steven Dee is involved may God have mercy on your soul.
